Macquarie Knight Constructions recently handed over 2 x 4 bed Torrens Titled houses (Dual Occupancy) to our Queensland based client. Our client opted for a Turnkey service (i.e. where we undertake everything on his behalf – from site selection, design, and council approval , to full construction including drives, A/C, floor coverings, letterboxes and subdivision). Our client visited the site twice – once mid-way through construction and once on handover.
The properties were tenanted within 7 days and our client is now looking to commence his next project with us. Our client will look to realise an equity uplift of over $150,000 with this project. Most Duplex and Dual Occupancy clients look for above $80,000 equity in all projects we undertake on their behalf.
